How can we improve JWed?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. Photos

    Require that people show at least one HEADSHOT photo, and one full-length or
    close to full-length photo.

    Also, they should only be allowed to post photos that are within the last 2 or 3 years (you pick)

  5. Notification of messages in jwed inbox...

    It might be helpful if jwed notified me, in my email inbox, when I had a message in my jwed inbox. Such a feature might be an improvement to the site?

    my idea is to make that special someone happy. I have a huge sense of humor and my partner needs the same. Mutual respect and caring and honesty are essential. If we don't talk we both don't know what we are missing.

    THE "SEND MESSAGE" BOX IS TOO SMALL AND HARD TO REVIEW THE PREVIOUS LINEWHICH IS ONE, AND JUST AS HARDV TO JUMP TO LINE TWO OR EVEN LINE THREE OF A

  19. Update vague search functions to modern standards

    Improve search functions. They are currently way sub-standard. How can I filter by location if you show me people who lived in my area 30 years ago, but now live in a different state? How can I determine if a member is active if I cannot filter out people who haven't visited the site in years? Even simple wordpress sites can filter with more skill than this. There is no excuse for a vague and shoddy search routine.
